GALA! RESTAURANT
Our cuisine is Mediterranean, varied and constantly provided with seasonal dishes. Our chef Christian Krase is the heart of the GALA! kitchen and has brought many delicious secret recipes from his native Germany to the island. Daily from 18:00 till 01:00 clock, you can enjoy our culinary highlights á la carte. In addition, you can inspire our team with menus and buffets for up to 300 people. Also, a brunch, finger food, canapés or a candle light dinner are part of the repertoire of the GALA! restaurant. Carpaccio of beef with arugula, a spicy Thai curry soup, or pasta with king prawns are some of the classics of the starter card. In the main courses you can find fresh sea bass, tender duck breast, beef fillet a "Café Paris" but also a classic veal liver with onions and apple rings.
Depending on the season, chef Chris also handles high-quality food such as black truffles, fresh porcini or chanterelles, and many other delicacies.
